How to Cope when You Feel Left Out

Lol. I emo lar now. This post is just a reminder for me to be happy when the feeling comes around.



1. Make sure you're not exaggeratingOften, you may think you're alone, when maybe your friends are sick or even feel the same way.
I always do that. Worrying about why my friends would left me out..


2. Be realistic. The worst response to this type of situation is to feel sorry for yourself and to sit tight waiting for someone else to solve your sorrow. 
I've been through this. No one would come and try bringing you into the crowd. Most to most they'll just ask whether you're ok or not. But its not their fault either. Who would want to go near someone who has a  scary face?   


3. Smile. Hardest thing to do when I'm down. Maybe I'll try to look at the sky and smile like an idiot, that should help! 


4. God will be always with you when no ones listening. Always.


5. Last but not least, Tell your friends about how you feel. Thicken up your face and tell them straight to the point. You'll be surprised on how they answer you.
